Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. And all shipping costs include handling and may be subject to tax. For international customers, the shipping fee only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides that arise from your country has to be paid directly to the carrier of your country by you.

DPD Tracked : £15.99 2-4 working days (Used for parcels larger than Royal Mail specification)

EUROPE: Royal Mail standard International delivery starts at  £14.99 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world: Royal Mail standard International delivery starts at  £20.99 3-21 working days

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)

Please note that Royal Mail currently class nail polishes, flammable liquids and aerosols as “hazardous materials” and will only accept a limited number of these per parcel.

No flammable liquids can be shipped via Royal Mail.

We cannot ship some liquids internationally. Order will be cancelled on such occasions.

  • You entered the right address, building number, flat number and postcode.
  • You didn’t receive a “Missed delivery” card.
  • It is not with a concierge service or neighbour. 
  • You didn’t reschedule your delivery options.

If you entered the wrong post code or delivery address, we are unable to take responsibility for customer errors after dispatch. We can await parcel return to us if not lost and issue a refund once received back to us. 

If all information was correctly provided and the above was not the case, we would open an investigation process promptly after you notify us. However, this may take 15-30 working days to close.

The process involves contacting the relevant courier company, getting a resolution and issuing a refund.
