AZTEC SECRET INDIAN HEALING CLAY MASK
- Directions for use: Mix Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with equal parts of raw apple cider vinegar and/or water. Use a non-metal bowl or utensil to mix it in. Mix the mixture well until you achieve a smooth paste. If needed, add more clay or liquid to it. Apply a 1/4 to 1/2 inch layer on your hair face or any other areas.
The mask comes as a powder, so you need to mix it with a liquid to get the right consistency before it can be applied. The brand recommends using equal parts apple cider vinegar, which ups the benefits of the mask. Apple cider vinegar can help fight bacteria and fungus (which causes dandruff), Jaliman said. The ingredient will help keep your scalp healthy by inhibiting their growth, as well as balancing the pH of your scalp.
- For skin: Allow it to dry for 5-10 minutes for delicate skin and 15-20 mins for normal skin.
- A pulling and tightening sensation will happen. Remove the clay off with warm water. A bit of redness on the skin is normal and will go off in 30 minutes.
